A local team doing tutoring differently

We started like most tutoring services: tutors, families, and a lot of coordination over email and text. It worked, but we were spending more time managing schedules than on what matters — student progress.

Instead of hiring more administrative staff, we built our own platform. It became CONNEC-T: session booking, payments, secure messaging and progress tracking, on the web and in an iOS and Android app. As far as we know, no other tutoring service our size in Quebec runs on its own technology.

Staying small is a choice. When you call, the person who answers knows your file. When a match doesn't click, we redo it — no complaint form, no queue.
